Search Committee
The search committee's objective is to conduct a thorough national search for the next dean of the College of Nursing and Professional Disciples and assist with the successful hiring of a top candidate.
The search committee is charged with conducting the search, evaluating candidates, conducting initial interviews, hosting finalists, and submitting an unranked list of acceptable candidates to the provost.
The committee, with assistance from the executive search firm, will ensure that all stakeholder groups have the opportunity to participate in the process and/or provide feedback on the finalists, and that this feedback will be preserved, will be included in the final report to the provost, and will be used by the committee in its deliberations.
