The University of North Dakota (UND) is a co-educational, state-supported institution.The university’s undergraduate and graduate programs are offered through nine major units: College of Arts and Sciences, John D. Odegard School of Aerospace Sciences, Nistler College of Business and Public Administration, College of Engineering and Mines, College of Nursing and Professional Disciplines, College of Education and Human Development, School of Law, School of Medicine and Health Sciences, and School of Graduate Studies.
Research Support
- The College of Nursing & Professional Disciplines Accounting & Grants Specialist is available to support CNPD faculty and students.
- The UND Division of Research & Economic Development is available to assist faculty in their programs of research.

Data and Reports contains various facts and characteristics of University of North Dakota students, staff, and faculty. This information is intended for policy makers, UND faculty and staff, the general public, and other higher education stakeholders.
Technology, Training, and Resources
- University Information Technology (UIT) is UND's technology support unit serving students, faculty and staff.
- Teaching Transformation and Development Academy (TTaDA) is UND's dedicated center for instructional and learning technology that provides technical support, software training, and additional services to faculty, staff, and students.
Libraries
- The Chester Fritz Library is the largest library in the state of North Dakota and the primary research facility for UND and the Upper Midwest region.
- The School of Medicine and Health Sciences Library's mission is to provide access to health sciences information for faculty, students, and staff of the School of Medicine & Health Sciences and the College of Nursing & Professional Disciplines, as well as other members of the university community.
