Faculty Research and Scholarship Contribution Awards
These awards are to recognize the contributions made to the College of Nursing and Professional Disciplines through research and scholarship.

Purpose of Awards
The purpose of the Faculty Research and Scholarship Contribution Awards is to recognize the contribution of a member who has conducted or promoted research or scholarship, which has enhanced science and practice in the College of Nursing and Professional Disciplines.
Eligibility Criteria
All nominees must be full-time faculty within the experience with CNPD. Both tenure and clinical rank faculty are eligible to receive the award. This year, two awards will be given:
- One to a Tenure-Track & Tenured Faculty – Open to faculty on the tenure track or those who have achieved tenure.
- One to a Clinical Faculty - Open to faculty in clinical ranks.
Nomination Instructions
Completed forms will be sent to the Research and Scholarship Committee.
The nomination can be a colleague or a self-nomination.

- Attachment: Request for submission of a one-page executive summary stating the rationale for why the faculty member deserves this award
- Attachment: If self-nominated, attach current CV
Once submitted, the committee will review the submission and the nominee’s current CV.
Awards will be presented during the CNPD Research and Scholarship Day.
